Location: Tyler, Texas

Located in the historical district of Downtown Tyler is a building that has been an Italian Restaurant, residence and offices. The client hired us to create a concept for Multi-family residential. Updating elements on the exterior such as paint, new contemporary doors, wood cladding and new lighting gave this building a new, modern look.
