Real estate agents are using 3D modeling to win clients and prequalify builders. This fast and efficient design technique is a great way for agents and brokers to differentiate themselves. The models depict the space and building context and can entice investors with realistic materials and entourage giving the model its own identity and value. I have always thought of these 3d models to be a great marketing tool.
I received a call from a local large real estate company whom had a potential buyer for a large piece of ‘HOT’ land in South Tyler. The potential buyer had ideas for what he wanted to do with the land. The real estate agent called me to see if I could provide a scaled model on the site that was for office and retail use. The Real Estate agent wants to sell the land, the customer wants to visualize his ideas on the land prior to buying the investment and Myranda Ayla Designs wants to help bring the clients concept to life.
